1.0 Develop ICT Strategic Planning:

 - To study business requirement of the agency.

2.0 Oversees, supervise, coordinate and control ICT program for the agency:

- Manage ICT budget for the agency

- This includes ICT projects, hardware & software, maintenance and other ICT services

3.0 Strengthen ICT policies, standard and best practices:

- Implement and ensure compliance to ICT policies, standard, best practices, guidelines, etc.

4.0 Encouraging the usage of ICT (ICT adoption) in agency:

- Identify approach to encourage the usage of ICT (trainings, introducing new technology, new approach etc.

5.0 Member of Data Trustee Agency Working Group (DTAWG):

- Report and obtain approval or endorsement from their respective HOD on all matters concerning data.

- Lead information manager for an agency.

- Oversea governance of data and information management for agency.

- May represent agency in DGC on matters concerning data architecture, governance, management, upkeep, sharing, use and dissemination.

- Ensure the comprehensive cataloguing of agency's data.

6.0 Undertake any other ICT related task.
